One in Three Local Business Websites Is Broken. Yours Is Where the AI Sends People to Check.

A study of 2,629 local businesses across eight cities found a third have no working web presence — 16.3% throw JavaScript errors on load alone. Meanwhile 75% of people who find a business through AI go and verify it on Google and its website before making contact. Being recommended gets you nothing if the page they land on is broken.
